Definition:

Concern Reporting Procedure:

Any suspected or detected misuse, abuse and/or non-compliance with the Policy must be reported within 24 hours to CEO of Bothoor Alkhaer or Board Compliance Officer. Reports should be sent to you@baord.org

Reports should focus on: the nature of the concern and details of the incident as witnessed or disclosed to you. The reporter should take notes in At the time of the disclosure or incident, referring to what the person who happened is saying using their own words and phrases or referring to what they witnessed. do not take Notes on the child from the detection of an accident

The report can include details such as the following

• the individual's name
• The individual's current address and/or location
• Name of the suspected offender
• Accident information, including the date/time of the accident; The location of the accident
• Type of abuse
• Reporter's notes, victim's statement
• Other people aware of the abuse
• If appropriate, a family member or other person responsible for the victim's safety
• Name of the notifying party

In cases of suspected or detected abuse, as well as any exploitation or non-compliance with the Policy by individuals outside of Bothoor Alkhaer , the CEO of Bothoor Alkhaer Origination For Relief And Development or compliance officers from the Board of Directors will determine the best course of action. if it was The allegations constitute a criminal offense in the jurisdiction in which the matter arises, a referral to the police may be made

In suspected cases of mistreatment by the representative of Bothoor Alkhaer Origination For Relief And Development, this concern will be investigated at Immediately by the CEO of Bothoor Alkhaer Origination For Relief And Development or the Compliance Officer on the Board of Directors.
